по запросу ценовых котировок.
Процедура запроса ценовых котировок не является
конкурсом либо аукционом на право заключить
договор, и ее проведение не регулируется ст.
447—449 ГК РФ. Процедура запроса ценовых котировок
также не является публичным конкурсом и не
регулируется ст. 1057—1061 ГК РФ. Таким образом,
данная процедура запроса ценовых котировок не
накладывает на Заказчика соответствующего объема
гражданско-правовых обязательств по обязательному
заключению договора с Победителем таких процедур
или иным Участником.
