Request for proposals for the right to conclude a contract for the decoration of apartments of a multi-storey residential building building No. 1, residential building building No. 2 of the object "Residential complex Yuzhnoye Pushkino at the address: Moscow region, Pushkino, mkr. Mamontovka, Shkolnaya str., 28
Comments: As a result of the competition, two contracts are concluded for:
Building No. 1:
- rough finishing of 508 apartments with a total area of 30,349.49 m2;
- finishing of 128 apartments with a total area of 8,360.88 m2.
Building No. 2:
- rough finishing of 200 apartments with a total area of 11,334.09 m2;
- finishing of 63 apartments with a total area of 3,593.05 m2.
Upon the sale of the next apartments, an additional agreement is concluded for the finishing of these apartments, according to the annexes in the Contract.

This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
