The procedure and conditions of participation
Request for proposals will take the form of electronic auctions (online auction) according to application-specific specifications (annex 1) in conformity with the technical specifications.

Request for proposals will be held from 22.03.2018 to 15:00 28.03.2018 (Moscow time) with possible extensions upon completion of basic time.
Requirement for participation is attaching to b2b-center.ru a final proposal on the outcome of the request for proposals (certified by signature of the responsible officer and the seal of the Organization): prices for each lot in rubles without VAT 18%.
Party in filing rates must attach:
ü ü questionnaire-qualification requirements (annex No. 3 solicitation documents) in electronic format, Excel and PDF (certified by signature of the responsible officer and the seal of the Organization) by downloading the documents for ETP;
ü card counterparty (annex No. 4 of solicitation documents) in electronic form Excel by downloading an electronic documents;
ü a letter of consent with the technical specifications and willingness to sign a standard form contract (free-form on the letterhead of the Organization) by downloading the documents for ETP;
