| Payment terms: | The Buyer pays 50% (fifty percent) of the amount of the Contract for the supply of Charging and Discharging Devices in the amount of 27 pieces, (hereinafter referred to as Equipment) within 10 (ten) calendar days from the date the Parties signed the Contract and received the invoice from the Supplier, by transferring funds to the Supplier's settlement account.
The final settlement under the Contract is made within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of signing by the Parties of the Equipment Commissioning Act (Appendix No. 3), provided that the Supplier receives a complete set of original documents signed by the Parties confirming the delivery and commissioning of the Equipment by transferring funds to the Supplier's settlement account. |
