Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:no advance.
Current payments are paid on the basis of the executed works on the base of the signed Forms KS-2, KS-3 within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of signing of KS-2, KS-3.
- 95% of the cost of the executed works are paid by the customer with deferred payment in 30 (thirty) calendar days from the moment of acceptance of works and signing of primary documents by the parties.
- 5% of the cost of the executed works – the guarantee deposit, is paid at the end of the guarantee period on the basis of Contractor's account. The customer pays for 10 (ten) banking days after the end of the warranty period.
The form of payment is cashless settlement by means of transfer of funds to the account of the supplier. Payment is made in accordance with the rules of non-cash payments in the order of planned payments on the basis of invoices, invoices, invoices taking into account the Treasury system.
Delivery terms:scope and characteristics of the works: specified in annex № 1-2 and the annexes thereto (technical specification) to this information card.
