Restriction on submission of a bid higher than previously submitted
Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Two-stage purchase procedure
The procedure is held in two stages. At Stage 1 the bidders need to upload the file with the proposal based on requirements specified in the documentation for prequalification of bidders. On the basis of received proposals the organizer makes decision on allowing to the bidders access to the next stage (Stage 2).

Minimum bid increment/decrement
The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing the total lot price from their previously submitted proposal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 15 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 15 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Postponement of 150 days. Payment is made on the next billing day. Payment days are the 15th and the penultimate business day of the month.

Comments:
The procedure is carried out in two stages.
Samples must be provided by 11/10/2023 15:00. It is necessary to leave a sample at the reception on the 1st floor in the name of Ekaterina Troshkina.
The name of the organization and the number of the procurement procedure for which the sample was submitted must be indicated on the sample. Samples without designations will not be considered.
By the same time, the necessary documents must be uploaded to the site, according to paragraph 3 of the bid documentation.
