Удоканское медное месторождение с ресурсами свыше 26 млн. тонн меди является крупнейшим неразработанным месторождением меди в России и одним из крупнейших в мире. Месторождение находится в Каларском районе Забайкальского края в 30 км от станции Новая Чара Байкало-Амурской магистрали.
Данная процедура запроса предложений не является конкурсом и ее проведение не регулируется ст. 447-449 ГК РФ, не является публичным конкурсом и ее проведение не регулируется ст. 1057-1061 ГК РФ, не является офертой в соответствии со ст. 435 ГК РФ и не порождает гражданско-правовых обязательств для ООО «Удоканская медь» по заключению договора с участниками запроса.
