Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:1. 100% payment upon shipment within 60 calendar days
2. payment of 100% upon arrival of goods and materials to the buyer's warehouse within 15 calendar days
Delivery terms:1. The price shall be specified on Ex-Works basis, Supplier's warehouse, the location of the shipment warehouse shall be specified.

2. For each cargo seat with goods and materials, a packing list with a inventory of goods and materials must be attached and the number of items specified. (Mandatory)

3. Warranty periods for goods and materials should begin to operate at least from the date of receipt of inventories by the customer or from the moment the goods are put into operation (one of the proposed options is mandatory).

2. If your company is a manufacturer or dealer of products, you must provide the relevant supporting documents

3. The prices I ask to give in the form of the commercial offer in which all conditions and terms of delivery should be necessarily registered.

7.
