Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.
Assignment of the 1st rank (position) to a bid does not imply the bidder's winning, but enhances the bid's preferability for the Buyer when selecting the winner, all other factors being equal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Payment terms:The Buyer pays 100% of the price of the shipped Goods after the receipt of the Goods by the consignee within 10 (ten) working days from the date of receipt of copies of all documents
Delivery terms:Delivery of the Goods is carried out by transport (railway transport) of the Supplier under the terms "Delivery to the destination" to the address of the Customer specified in the Information Card of the Purchase. Transport costs and other Supplier costs related to the delivery of the Goods are taken into account in determining the price of the Contract. Acceptance of goods is carried out according to benchmarks.
