Comments:
1)Please note that participation in the competition means acceptance of the buyer's contract form.

documentation), paste the packing list on the packaging with the goods, send copies of the documents to the customer by e-mail.
We draw your attention to the fact that this request is not a notice of a tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Articles 447 – 449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Articles 1057 – 1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer and reserves the right to refuse all Proposals received for any reason or terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any responsibility to the Participants.
In the proposed KP, specify:
1) Separately the cost for the goods and separately the cost for delivery;
2) Certificates of conformity;
3) Links to the manufacturer;
4) Payment terms;
5) Delivery time;
6) The supplier's attitude to the supplied products (manufacturer, free seller, official dealer);
7) Warranty.

The design of the package (transport container) must provide the possibility of transport processing of goods by any mechanical device, including a forklift, cranes, trolleys or manual manipulation, depending on the dimensions and weight of the cargo (goods). The design of the package must be made in such a way as not to interfere with free access to the contents of the cargo space.
Rolled metal products (pipes, fittings, corners, sheets, etc.) must be securely tied (with wire, wire rod or metal tape) into bundles (packages). The bundle of cargo spaces must withstand the weight of the cargo in the bundle during loading and unloading operations and exclude the loss of rolled metal from the bundle.
Each package must have a UL (or a factory tag from the manufacturer).
Also, to prevent a shortage of goods and materials during delivery, a list with complete data (weight, number of pieces in 1 place)- to the list of goods and materials that cannot be visually calculated in a slice (pipe, channel, etc.).
