Minimum bid increment/decrement
The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing per unit price for each item from their previously submitted proposal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:deferral of 60 days from the date of submission of documents (with-s and t)
Delivery terms:delivery Details: Yaroslavskaya oblast, Yaroslavl, Moscow Avenue, Bldg. 130 LLC "Slavneft-YANOS" delivery time: from September 1, 2017 year on September 30, 2017 all shipping costs, packaging and other costs should be included in the cost of products. Products must be new.

Comments:
1. All questions regarding the procedure, please ask using the ELECTRONIC functionality (queries clarifications). 2. To their proposals electronically to participants of this procedure until the opening attach Form applicant and documents according to the profiles simultaneously with the proposals and the file as scanned copies of my commercial listings (including timelines), signed and stamped by the authorized person of the Organization of the party in this procedure. In the event of failure or improper execution of this procedure a party Organizer procedure reserves the right not to consider the proposal of the party. Offer validity suppliers-not less than 30 days. 3. Supplier must be the manufacturer or authorized dealer of the manufacturer or distributor (documents party provides simultaneously with the offer). 4. The cost of production should be constant for the entire period of delivery (written confirmation).

Note: This request for proposals is not a competition notice (public competition) or public offer and is not governed by art. 447-449 h. 1 CIVIL CODE, art. 1057-1061 h 2 CIVIL CODE. Thus, this procedure does not impose on the organiser of adequate civil legal liabilities and reserves the right to refuse all proposals received for any reason or to stop the selection procedure at any time without incurring any liability to participants.
