Ranking of bids

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Payment terms:Payment within 30-90 calendar days from the date of signing of the certificate of completion
Delivery terms:1. Supply of materials by the Contractor.
2. Duration of work: June 2020 - December 2020 (total duration of work - 146 calendar days);
3. It is MANDATORY to visit and inspect the facility before submitting a tender application!
4. Preliminarily hold technical and consulting activities with service providers to discuss the order of work performed.
5. Passing an audit of the customer.
Compliance with the regulations on the admission of contracting organizations for the performance of work, the provision of services in the territory and facilities of the Company (Appendix 4 of the procurement documentation). Mandatory development and coordination of POR!
6. Compliance with internal regulations on the territory of the plant (Appendix 7).
7. The conclusion of the contract is provided for in the form of a model contract, adopted by PJSC "ChTPZ" (Appendix 6 of the procurement documentation).

Comments:
Work must be carried out by an organization having:
1. SRO for cap.stroy objects;
2. Corresponding material and technical base:
2.1. equipment for installation (dismantling) work (rigging and mounting devices);
2.2. Machines and mechanisms according to estimates
3. Qualified staff:
3.1. Specialists certified:
- on safety requirements (protocol of RosTechnadzor for certification A.1, G.2.1.);
- OT (knowledge verification protocols);
- certificates with an electrical safety group (knowledge audit journal and PTH protocol - for employees - members of the organization’s commission);
- certificates on fire and technical minimum for fire and welding.
4. Certified workers: welders, electricians for the repair and installation of electrical equipment, busbars and cable lines up to and above 1000 V, electricians;
5. Specialists and workers trained in the repair of large electric motors with voltages higher than 1000V and 1000 kW and more.
6. Specialists and workers trained and certified to conduct testing of electrical equipment and cable lines. Presence of a relay protection laboratory
7. Experience in the restoration of protective structures of civil defense, experience in the restoration of ventilation systems of civil defense;
8. In the process, waste is generated - 11.4 tons. Waste hazard class - 4.
