Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment shall be made within 30 (thirty) calendar days from receipt of the Products by the Buyer. Proposals implying payment deferral of over 30 days shall be considered based on the maximum possible term (30 days).
