Comments:
The composition of the participant's application: commercial proposal on letterhead (indicating the consent to provide a package of documents for passing tax accreditation in case of winning the competition) and a partner card.
The Winner (s) must pass the accreditation procedure before concluding the Supply Agreement.
If you already have a valid "Accredited" status, you do not need to go through the accreditation procedure.

Обоснование: Решение принято на основании общей суммы закупки с учетом заложенных транспортных расходов, а так же с учетом верного расчета составляющих плиты( расценивались части РМ и ПМ в кол-ве 2 и 3 штук). Не все поставщики расценили составляющие верно.
