Comments:
1) The offered products must be new, not used;
2) Certificates of conformity, passports, technical description, project drawing must be attached; documents confirming quality;
3) Criteria for choosing the best offer: delivery time, cost, payment terms, supplier experience;
4) The offer is valid for at least 30 k/days.
5) Before shipment, it is necessary to fill out a packing list (see an example of filling in the procurement documentation), stick the packing list on the packaging with the goods, send copies of documents to the Customer via electronic mail.
6) Participation in the auction implies acceptance of the buyer's contract form.
Please note that this request is not a notice of a tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Articles 447 — 449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Articles 1057 — 1061 Part 2 GK RF. Thus, this procedure does not impose on the Organizer an appropriate amount of civil legal obligations and reserves the right to refuse all proposals received for any reason or terminate the selection procedure at any time without incurring any liability to the Participants.
