Payment terms:Payment within 45-60 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods at the Buyer's warehouse (in addition, we are ready to discuss the form of payment).

All shipping, packaging and other costs must be included in the cost of the products. Delivery by the supplier to the buyer's warehouse.

Comments:
The proposed vests must comply with the attached technical specification. All additional terms of the Contract are specified in the Specifications.
1. Please ask all questions about the procedure using the ETP functionality (requests for clarification).
2. To their proposals in electronic form, the participants of this procedure MUST attach the applicant's Questionnaire and documents according to the questionnaire simultaneously with the submission of the proposal and a file in the form of a scanned copy of their commercial proposal signed by an authorized person and stamped by the organization participating in this procedure before opening the envelopes. In case of non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment of this requirement by the participant of the procedure, the organizer of the procedure reserves the right not to consider the offer of this participant.
3. The supplier of the products must be the manufacturer, or the official dealer of the manufacturer, or the distributor (the participant provides supporting documents simultaneously with the commercial offer).
4. The cost of the products must be unchanged for the entire delivery period (written confirmation).

Note: this request for proposals is not a notice of a tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Articles 447 – 449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Articles 1057 – 1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer and reserves the right to refuse all Proposals received for any reason or terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any responsibility to the Participants.
LLC "GSI SNEMA" reserves the right not to inform the participants of the procedure about its results with the exception of the winner, to cancel the procedure or its results, as well as to exclude any of the participants of the procedure without explaining the reason. Submission of a technical and commercial proposal implies agreement with the terms of the procedure.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
