Possibility of bid submission in a different currency
When applying, bidders can choose a currency different from the one stated for the procedure. If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:
100% (one hundred percent) of the total value of the respective consignment of goods within a period not later than 20 (twenty) working days from the date of delivery of the respective consignment of the Goods
Delivery terms:
1. Prices should be indicated on terms of DDP (Buyer Warehouse/Port of Magadan). The cost of products provide for packaging and, if necessary, the crate of the cargo.
2. Specify the readiness period of the products for shipment and the shipping address.
3. Specify the product manufacturer. Specify product relation. If the dealer, representative or distributor, attach documents confirming the status.
4. Attach documents confirming the manufacturer of the Goods and its quality (certificate, declaration of conformity, passport, etc.).
5. Products should be new, not used. Products must comply with the attached technical specifications;
6. Specify warranty terms on the Product. It should be calculated from the moment the TMC was put into operation.
7. Specify the dimensions of each unit of the Goods and total by lot (mass, volume).
8. At shipment, a packing list must be attached to each cargo place according to the form established by the Buyer. Before shipping, you must send a photo of each cargo area.
9. When forming an application for participation in the procedure, fill in the additional fields of the offer (15 pcs.). Fields should be filled in informatively, without comments - "in KP".
Criteria for determining the
1. The lowest total value of the transaction taking into account the transport component to the Buyer's warehouse in the city. Magadan.
2. The period of readiness of the Goods for shipment.
3. Attitude of participant to products (manufacturer, dealer, free seller).
4. Providing a full package of documents specified in the conditions to the procedure.
