Restriction on submission of a bid higher than previously submitted
Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Two-stage purchase procedure
The procedure is held in two stages. At Stage 1 the bidders need to upload the file with the proposal based on requirements specified in the documentation for prequalification of bidders. On the basis of received proposals the organizer makes decision on allowing to the bidders access to the next stage (Stage 2).

Minimum bid increment/decrement
The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing the total lot price from their previously submitted proposal.

If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Comments:
This tender procedure takes place in 2 stages.
1. The participant company brings a sample of shoes for testing until September 27th.
In parallel, provide documents for your jur. person to check financial security.
2. DPD tests shoes until October 9th. Companies that score the minimum number of points in the first stage will not be admitted to the second stage.
3. On October 10, participants in the second stage set prices.
4. The winner is required to sign our contract form.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
