Payment terms:Payment is made within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery and the provision of original invoices, invoices, copies of bills of lading with the recipient's mark.
Delivery terms:Delivery basis: TC terminal in Ust-Kut, production base of LLC "GSI-NHM" Samara
Delivery of goods and materials within 5-10 days only from availability. The cost of delivery should be included in the cost of the goods and materials
Georeferencing:- Irkutsk region, Ust-Kut LLC "Irkutsk Polymer Plant"
- Samara region, Samara, Grozenskaya str. 55 production base of LLC "GSI-NHM"
Comments:
1. Please ask all questions about the procedure using the ETP functionality (requests for clarification).

2. To their proposals in electronic form, participants in this procedure MUST attach a file in the form of a scanned copy of their commercial offer (indicating the delivery dates) signed by an authorized person and stamped by the organization participating in this procedure (the form is attached) before opening the envelopes. In case of non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment of this requirement by the participant of the procedure, the organizer of the procedure reserves the right not to consider the proposal of this participant.
3. The following items must be specified in the TAP:
-basis of delivery: Ust-Kut and Samara ;
-the cost of delivery should be included in the cost of products
-delivery time;
-payment terms.
4. A prerequisite is the provision of free samples of workwear and shoes for testing. And for the approval of OTi PB.
5. Product certification is mandatory.
To provide on request offers:
- Partner card;
- Commercial offer
- TIN certificate;
- Buh balance for 2019-2021;
- VAT declaration for 2021.
- A letter of guarantee on the unconditional signing of the draft contract in the Sender's edition.
- A letter stating that the commercial offer is calculated in full accordance with the purchase items;
- Information about the technical equipment of the company.

ALL UPLOADED DOCUMENTS MUST BE NAMED ACCORDING TO THEIR CONTENT


The validity period of the participants' offer is at least 30 days.

Note: This request for proposals is not a notice of a tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Articles 447 – 449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Articles 1057 – 1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer and reserves the right to refuse all Proposals received for any reason or terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any responsibility to the Participants.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
