Tikhvin Car Building Plant (TVSZ) invites you to participate in competitive procedures for the right to supply winter workwear for the winter of 2020-2021.
In the attached file you will find the need for procurement for the period October 2020 - March 2021. The total demand for three enterprises is given: TVSZ, Tikhvin KhimMash (ТХМ) and TikhvinSpecMash (ТСМ). Decisions for all three companies will be made the same and please consider them as one client. Deliveries can be made both through TVSZ and under separate agreements for TXM and TSM.
The total number of positions excluding the dimension of clothes and shoes is eight. The planned amount in money is up to 4.2 million rubles without VAT.
The main requirements and criteria for determining the winners:
1. The price in rubles is fixed until the end of March 2021. Currency prices are not accepted.
2. The ability to keep a minimum monthly supply in your warehouse for the needs of TVSZ.
3. Delivery by forces and means of the supplier to the TVSZ warehouse. (Leningrad Region, Tikhvin, Industrial Site)
4. Payment within 60 days from the date of delivery.

Comments Important, please read each item carefully.
1. The number of stages in the tender will depend on the results shown by the market. If, according to the results of the first collection of proposals, the conditions are attractive, then the decision will be made based on the results of the first round. If the proposed solutions are unacceptable, then there will be second, third and so on tours with the involvement of more and more new market participants. Negotiations will continue until an acceptable solution is found. Along with this, I ask you not to delay the tender process and immediately give attractive prices.
2. The results of the first round will be evaluated by July 10. Further, if necessary, a request for the second round will be sent. The planned deadline for the tender is July 24.
3. TVSZ may assume obligations to buy back up to 75% of the declared volume. It is discussed individually for each position. Prior to signing the relevant agreements and documents, it is possible to adjust both the nomenclature and the volume of purchases.
4. All lots are divisible. You can offer both one position and all. The decision on quotas will be made taking into account all the criteria mentioned above.
5. The supplier may offer any alternatives that in his opinion may be suitable, but always in accordance with the statement of work. If you have test certificates for TVSZ, you can indicate this and attach them to the proposal. If there are no acts, then still offer the alternatives that you have: the purchase of OPP is possible with further implementation as an approved product. Comments on currently used materials and materials are indicated in column E.
6. If you offer several alternatives for one position, then please copy and paste the entire row with the mandatory preservation of all information on the term in cells A-G. Do not merge cells. Do not change cell formats. Do not add columns. Prices are indicated without VAT in a numerical format, the separator between rubles and kopecks is a comma, without indicating "rubles, rubles, without VAT" and so on. Be sure to ask the manufacturer and the actual address of production. Writing "Russia" or "China" is not enough. I really do not want to introduce such a criterion as "the quality of preparation of the proposal", but if the proposal is in a poorly processed format, it will be a minus for the reputation of the company.
