Mandatory price fixing 6 months
1. This competitive procedure for the preliminary selection of the Supplier is directed in accordance with the Tender Regulations of the Organizer of the tender as part of the procedure for requesting commercial proposals, which (like the procedure for the preliminary selection of the Supplier itself) is not an offer, auction or tender and is not regulated by Art. 447-449 h. 1 and 1057-1061 h. 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose on the Organizer an appropriate volume of civil and legal obligations and reserves the right to refuse all received Proposals for any reason or to terminate the selection procedure at any time without explaining the reasons, without incurring any liability to the Participants.
To participate in the tender, participants must be accredited on the specified ETP in accordance with the rules of this ETP for Rusagro tenders
2. The organizer of the tender reserves the right to select several winners by dividing the supply of the specified quantity of goods at its discretion and without explaining the reasons between several potential suppliers participating in the competitive procedure
3. The template of the customer's standard contract is attached in the tender documentation
4. After bidding on additional request, attach a KP with confirmation and price fixing for 6 months |
