Possibility of bid submission in a different currency

1) Delivery of products according to request.
2) Mandatory loading of the following documents; commercial offer; certificate confirming the attitude to the products. Product certificate.
3) The products must be new, not used.
4) The products must be accompanied by: product quality certificate/passport.
5) Criteria for choosing the best offer: product quality, minimum delivery time, cost, payment terms, work experience;
6) The attached contract is not an offer / final document.
7) This offer request procedure is not a tender, and its conduct is not regulated by Articles 447-449 part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
8) This procedure is also not a public tender and is not regulated by Articles 1057-1061 part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
Thus, this offer request procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Customer
9) Before shipment, it is necessary to fill in the packing list (see the example of filling in the bid documentation), paste the packing list on the packaging with the goods, send a copy to the Customer by e-mail.
10) The cargo must meet the requirements of GOST 15846-2002 "Products sent to the Far North and equivalent areas. Packaging, labeling, transportation and storage" and GOST 14192-96 "Cargo labeling").
