Comments:
1. IN CASE OF VIOLATION OF THE DELIVERY PERIOD BY THE SUPPLIER, THE CURRENT CONTRACT WILL BE TERMINATED, WHILE THE SUPPLIER WILL BE INCLUDED IN THE STOP LIST FOR ALL SUBSEQUENT TENDERS OF LLC "GLOBAL-FLEET".

2. Acceptance of MTS from the Supplier at the address stated in the request will be carried out by a representative of Global-Fleet LLC in the Volga-Caspian region. The name of the representative organization, as well as its powers, will be reflected in the contract of delivery.

3. Please ask all questions about the procedure using the ETP functionality (requests for clarification).

4. To their proposals in electronic form, the participants of this procedure MUST attach the applicant's questionnaire and documents according to the questionnaire until the opening of the envelopes.

5. The set of documents must include a scanned copy of the OFFER indicating the time of delivery, as well as signed by the authorized person and sealed by the participating organization of this procedure. In the commercial offer, without fail, the details of the proposed names should be displayed, indicating the technical characteristics and the appendix of certificates.

6. In case of failure or improper performance by the participant of this requirement, the organizer of the procedure reserves the right not to consider the proposal of this participant.
The validity period of the supplier offer is not less than 30 days.

Note: This request for proposals is not a notice of the competition (public competition) or public offer and is not regulated by Art. 447 — 449 h. 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Art. 1057 — 1061 h. 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, the specified procedure does not impose on the Organizer an appropriate amount of civil obligations and reserves the right to refuse all received Proposals for any cause or terminate the selection procedure at any time without incurring any responsibility to the Participants.
