This request is not a Bid Notice of a
tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated
by Articles 447-449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Articles 1057-1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not
impose an appropriate amount of civil
obligations on the Organizer and reserves the right to refuse all received
Offers for any reason or to terminate the selection procedure at any
time, without incurring any liability to the Bidders.
The agreement between the Parties shall be deemed to have been reached only after
the signing of the Agreement by both Parties, no other actions of the Parties shall be
considered as reaching an agreement on all essential conditions
Contracts and/or are not considered as an offer and acceptance, aimed at
concluding NGK – Resource LLC has the right to choose Offers that do not
have the lowest price, accept or reject any Offer in whole or
in part, reject all Offers with or without explanation,
cancel the Call for Bidding at any stage, including after selecting
the Call for Bidding Winner. In case of providing false information, a potential
supplier of goods, works, services may be suspended from participation in the Call for Bidding.
The Bidder Call for Bidding must attach a commercial offer using the form

an editable format. Quality certificate and certificate of conformity for the goods.
The price offer submitted through the E-Marketplaces functionality must correspond
to the price in the commercial offer. This procedure
is carried out in electronic form on the B2B E-Marketplace ( b2b-center.ru ).
Bidders' proposals are submitted in the form of an electronic document.
