4. Participants of this procedure MUST attach the Applicant's Questionnaire and documents according to the questionnaire simultaneously with the submission of the proposal and the file in the form of a scanned copy of their commercial proposal (indicating the delivery time), signed by an authorized person and certified by the seal of the organization, to the proposals in electronic form to the participants in this procedure -participant of this procedure.
