Comments: 1. IN THE CASE OF THE SUPPLIER BREAKING THE DELIVERY TIME, THE EXISTING AGREEMENT WILL BE TERMINATED AND THE SUPPLIER WILL BE INCLUDED IN THE STOP LIST FOR ALL FOLLOWING GLOBAL-FLOT LLC TENDERS.
2. Offer ONLY ORIGINAL MaK spare parts. As proof of the originality of the spare parts, the original packing list must be provided upon delivery. In addition, within ten calendar days from the date of the conclusion of the contract, the Supplier, at the request of the Buyer, is obliged to provide the Buyer with a document from the CAT manufacturer, confirming the correct placement of the order. If this letter is not provided within the specified period, the Buyer has the right to terminate this agreement unilaterally and conclude it with another participant in this procurement procedure on the ETP.
3. It is necessary to supply items in STRICTLY in accordance with the request (order number, item number), for each individual item.
4. Acceptance of MTS from the Supplier at the address stated in the request will be carried out by a representative of Global-Flot LLC in the Volga-Caspian region. The name of the representative organization, as well as its powers, will be reflected in the supply agreement.
5. Please, submit any questions concerning the bidding procedure via e-marketplace functionality ("Request for Clarifications").
6. Before opening the envelopes, the participants of this procedure MUST attach to their proposals in electronic form the Applicant's Questionnaire and documents according to the questionnaire simultaneously with the submission of the proposal and a file in the form of a scanned copy of their commercial proposal (indicating the delivery time) signed by an authorized person and certified by the seal of the participating organization this procedure. In case a participant fails to comply with this requirement bidding organizer has the right not to consider such participant's proposal.
Proposals validity period - 30 days at least.
Note: This request for proposals is not a tender notice (public tender) or a public offer and is not governed by Art. 447 - 449, part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Art. 1057 - 1061 h. 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Organizer, and the Organizer reserves the right to refuse all the proposals received for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, incurring no liability before the participants.
