Comments: 1. IF THE SUPPLIER VIOLATES THE DELIVERY DEADLINE, THE CURRENT CONTRACT WILL BE TERMINATED, AND THE SUPPLIER WILL BE INCLUDED ON THE STOP LIST FOR ALL SUBSEQUENT TENDERS OF GLOBAL-FLOT LLC.
2. Offer ONLY ORIGINAL MaK spare parts. As proof of the originality of the spare parts, the original packaging sheet must be provided during delivery. In addition, within ten calendar days from the conclusion of the contract, the Supplier shall, at the request of the Buyer, provide the buyer with a CAT manufacturer document confirming the correct order placement. In case of failure to provide this letter within the specified time, the Buyer is entitled to terminate this contract unilaterally and enter into it with another member of the procurement procedure at the ETP.
3. It is necessary to supply the items in STRICT accordance with the request (Order No, Item No), for each individual name.
4. MTS will be received by the representative of Global-Fleet in the Volga-Caspian region. The name of the representative organization, as well as its authority, will be reflected in the delivery contract.
5. Please ask all questions about the procedure through the ETP functionality (requests for clarification).
6. To their offers electronically, participants in this procedure MUST attach the applicant's Questionnaire and documents according to the questionnaire before the envelopes are opened at the same time as the offer is submitted and file as a scanned copy of its business offer (with delivery dates) signed by the authorized person and certified with the seal of the party organization. If a participant fails or improperly fulfillment of this requirement, the procedure organizer reserves the right not to consider that participant's offer.
The vendor offer expires at least 30 days.
Note: This request for proposals is not a notice about the holding of a competition (public competition) or public offer and is not regulated by Article 447 — 449 h. 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Article 1057 — 1061 h. 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, the procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer and reserves the right to waive all Proposals received for any cause or terminate the selection process at any time without incurring any responsibility to the Participants.
