Comments:
1. IF THE SUPPLIER VIOLATES THE DELIVERY DEADLINE, THE CURRENT CONTRACT WILL BE TERMINATED, AND THE SUPPLIER WILL BE INCLUDED ON THE STOP LIST FOR ALL SUBSEQUENT TENDERS OF GLOBAL-FLOT LLC.

2. Offer exclusively ORIGINAL Azcue products.

3. MTS will be received by the representative of Global-Fleet in the Volga-Caspian region. The name of the representative organization, as well as its authority, will be reflected in the delivery contract.

4. Please ask all questions about the procedure through the ETP functionality (requests for clarification).

5. To their offers electronically, participants in this procedure MUST attach the Applicant's Questionnaire and documents according to the questionnaire prior to opening the envelopes.

6. The document set shall include a scanned copy of the COMMERCIAL OFFER, indicating the delivery time, signed by the authorized person and the seal of the member organization of this procedure. The commercial offer should, as required, display the detail of the proposed names with specification and certificate appendix.

7. If a participant fails or improperly fulfillment of this requirement, the procedure organizer reserves the right not to consider that participant's offer.
The vendor offer expires at least 30 days.

Note: This request for proposals is not a notice about the holding of a competition (public competition) or public offer and is not regulated by Article 447 — 449 h. 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Article 1057 — 1061 h. 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, the procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer and reserves the right to waive all Proposals received for any cause or terminate the selection process at any time without incurring any responsibility to the Participants.
