3. MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS FOR APPLICANTS FOR DELIVERY:
- experience in the supply of similar items to shipping companies in the Russian Federation.
4. The request to ask all questions on the procedure using the ETP functionality (requests for clarification).
5. Participants of this procedure MUST, before opening envelopes, attach the Applicant's Questionnaire and documents according to the questionnaire to their proposals in electronic form.
6. The set of documents should include a scanned copy of the COMMERCIAL PROPOSAL indicating the delivery time, as well as signed by an authorized person and certified by the seal of the organization-participant of this procedure. In the commercial proposal, without fail, the details of the proposed items must be displayed with the technical characteristics and the application of the certificates.
7. In case of non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment by the participant of the procedure of this requirement, the organizer of the procedure reserves the right not to consider the proposal of this participant.
Proposals validity period - 30 days at least.
Note: Note, this RFP is not a notice of tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not subject to Articles 447 - 449, Part I, and Articles 1057 - 1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil obligations on the Customer, and the Customer reserves the right to refuse all the received proposals for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any liability towards the participants.
