Comments:
1. Offer ONLY ORIGINAL replacement parts.

2. The supply of items in strict accordance with the request.

3. The request to ask all questions on the procedure using the ETP functionality (requests for clarification).

4. Participants of this procedure MUST attach the Applicant’s Questionnaire and documents according to the questionnaire simultaneously with the submission of the proposal and the file in the form of a scanned copy of their commercial proposal (indicating the delivery time), signed by an authorized person and certified by the seal of the organization, to the proposals in electronic form to the participants in this procedure -participant of this procedure. In case a participant fails to comply with this requirement bidding organizer has the right not to consider such participant's proposal.
Proposals validity period - 30 days at least.

Note: Note, this RFP is not a notice of tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not subject to Articles 447 - 449, Part I, and Articles 1057 - 1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Organizer, and the Organizer reserves the right to refuse all the proposals received for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, incurring no liability before the participants.
