Comments:
1. IF THE SUPPLIER BREACHES THE DELIVERY DATE, THE SUPPLIER WILL BE INCLUDED IN THE STOP LIST FOR ALL SUBSEQUENT TENDERS OF GLOBAL-FLOT LLC.

2. Acceptance of MTS from the Supplier at the address stated in the request will be carried out by a representative of Global-Flot LLC in the Volga-Caspian region. The name of the representative organization, as well as its powers, will be reflected in the supply contract.

3. MANDATORY REQUIREMENT FOR SUPPLY BIDDERS:
- positive experience in supplying similar items to the addresses of shipping companies in the territory of the Russian Federation.

4. Please ask all questions about the procedure using the ETP functionality (requests for clarification).

5. Participants of this procedure MUST attach the Applicant's Questionnaire and documents according to the questionnaire to their proposals in electronic form before opening the envelopes.

6. The set of documents must include a scanned copy of the COMMERCIAL OFFER with an indication of the delivery date, as well as signed by an authorized person and certified by the seal of the participating organization this procedure. The commercial offer must necessarily display the details of the proposed names with reference to the drawing, or with an attachment thereof.

7. In case of failure or improper fulfillment of this requirement by the participant of the procedure, the procedure organizer reserves the right not to consider the proposal of this participant.
Supplier offers are valid for at least 30 days.

Note: This request for proposals is not a notice of a tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Articles 447 — 449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Articles 1057 — 1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose on the Organizer an appropriate amount of civil legal obligations and reserves the right to refuse all proposals received for any reason or terminate the selection procedure at any time without incurring any liability to the Participants.
