Payment terms:Prices are fixed for the entire period of the contract.
100% post-payment is made within 30 CD from the date of signing by the Parties of the COMPETITIVE BIDDING PROCESS-12 and subject to the Supplier providing the Buyer with an invoice issued in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation.
The ruble equivalent of payments for purchase orders is calculated on the basis of the official exchange rate of the ruble against the US dollar set by the Central Bank of the Russian Federation on the date of placing the corresponding Order. The currency clause is not applicable.
Delivery terms:One-time delivery of equipment is carried out by the Supplier and at his expense to the Customer's facility on the basis of an incoming order from the Customer. No more than 14 weeks from the date of placing the order
