Comments: 1. It is necessary to supply the names in strict accordance with the request.
2. Please ask all questions about the procedure by using the functionality of the electronic trading (clarification requests).
3. To the proposals in electronic form to the participants of this procedure it is necessary to attach the questionnaire of the applicant and documents according to the questionnaire till the moment of opening of envelopes.
4. The set of documents should include a scanned copy of the commercial proposal with the time of delivery, as well as signed by the authorized person and certified by the seal of the Organization-participant of the procedure. In a commercial proposal, the details of the proposed names with reference to the drawing, or with the appendix thereof, should be displayed.
5. In case of non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment by the participant of the procedure of this requirement the organizer of the procedure reserves the right not to consider the offer of this participant.
The supplier's offer is valid for at least 30 days.
Note: Note, this RFP is not a notice of tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not subject to Articles 447 - 449, Part I, and Articles 1057 - 1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
