Comments: 1. IF THE SUPPLIER VIOLATES THE DELIVERY DEADLINE, THE CURRENT CONTRACT WILL BE TERMINATED, AND THE SUPPLIER WILL BE INCLUDED IN THE STOP LIST FOR ALL SUBSEQUENT TENDERS OF GLOBAL FLEET LLC.
2. It is necessary to supply items in STRICT accordance with the request (order No., item No.), for each individual item.
3. Acceptance of MTS from the Supplier at the address stated in the request will be carried out by a representative of Global Fleet LLC in the Volga-Caspian region. The name of the representative organization, as well as its powers, will be reflected in the delivery contract.
4. Please ask all questions about the procedure using the ETP functionality (requests for clarification).
5. To their proposals in electronic form, the participants of this procedure MUST, before opening the envelopes, attach the applicant's Questionnaire and the documents according to the questionnaire simultaneously with the submission of the proposal and a file in the form of a scanned copy of their commercial offer (indicating the delivery dates), signed by an authorized person and stamped by the organization participating in this procedure. In case of non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment of this requirement by the participant of the procedure, the organizer of the procedure reserves the right not to consider the proposal of this participant.
The validity period of the supplier's offer is at least 30 days.
Note: This request for proposals is not a notice of a tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Articles 447 – 449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Articles 1057 – 1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
