Comments: 1. IF THE SUPPLIER BREACHES THE DELIVERY DEADLINE, THE CURRENT CONTRACT WILL BE TERMINATED AND THE SUPPLIER WILL BE INCLUDED ON THE STOP LIST FOR ALL SUBSEQUENT TENDERS BY GLOBAL-FLOT LLC.
2. Offer ONLY GENUINE CAT spare parts. As proof of originality of the spare parts, the original packing list must be provided at the time of delivery. In addition, within ten calendar days from the conclusion of the contract, the Supplier is required, upon the Buyer's request, to provide the Buyer with a CAT document confirming that it is correct placing an order. In the event of failure to submit this letter within the specified period, the Buyer has the right to terminate this contract unilaterally and conclude it with another participant in this procurement procedure at the ETP.
3. It is necessary to deliver the items in STRICT accordance with the request (Order No., Item No.), for each individual item.
4. The MTS from the Supplier will be accepted by the representative of Global-Flot LLC in the Volga-Caspian region. The name of the representative organization, as well as its authority, will be reflected in the contract of delivery.
5. Please ask all questions about the procedure using the ETP functionality (requests for clarification).
6. Participants in this procedure MUST attach the Applicant Questionnaire and the documents according to the questionnaire at the time of opening the envelopes at the same time as submitting the proposal and file in the form of a scanned copy of its offer (with delivery dates) signed by an authorized person and certified by the organization participating in the procedure. If a participant fails or improperly complies with this requirement, the Procedure Organizer reserves the right not to consider that participant's proposal.
Vendor offer expires at least 30 days.
Note: This Request for Proposals is not a notice of a competition (public tender) or a public offer and is not governed by Art. 447 — 449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Article 1057 — 1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Therefore, this procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil liability on the Organizer and reserves the right to withdraw all Proposals received for any Proposals received cause or terminate the selection process at any time without incurring any liability to the Participants.
