Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Payment is made by non-cash form of payment to the bank account of the Supplier, within 63 days of receipt of ITC at the warehouse of the buyer in Volgograd. Also, the cost should include the delivery of ITC to the address of the buyer in Volgograd.
Delivery terms:Supply of ITC transport company to the address of the buyer in Volgograd at the expense of the supplier (including the enclosed cost of delivery in the cost of the lot). Shipment is possible by position, as soon as ITC is ready at the supplier, but no later than 30 days from the date of signing the specification.

Comments:
1. Please, submit any questions concerning the bidding procedure via e-marketplace functionality ("Request for Clarifications").
2. It is NECESSARY for participants of this procedure to electronically submit to the proposals of this procedure to attach the applicant's application form and documents, according to the list, simultaneously with the proposal and the file in the form of a scanned copy of their commercial proposal signed by an authorized person . In case a participant fails to comply with this requirement bidding organizer has the right not to consider such participant's proposal.
3. The supplier of products must be the manufacturer, or the official dealer of the manufacturer, or the distributor (the participant provides the supporting documents simultaneously with the commercial offer).
4. The cost of production should be unchanged for the entire period of delivery (written confirmation).
5. It is MANDATORY to provide certificates and quality certificates, technical documentation.

Note: Note, this RFP is not a notice of tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not subject to Articles 447 - 449, Part I, and Articles 1057 - 1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil obligations on the Customer, and the Customer reserves the right to refuse all the received proposals for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any liability towards the participants.
