Auto-extension

Payment terms:
30% prepayment within 10 business days from the date of contract with the selected Supplier, 70% within 10 business days from the date of delivery to the specified warehouse, delivery to the specified warehouse must be included in the price of the item, the shipping cost should be allocated separately.

3.1.2. the price of the goods if delivered by the supplier to the supplier's warehouse in Mt. Amursk (by car delivery)/Komsomolsk-on-Amur railway station (when shipped in 20" /40" containers by rail)/Mylki railway station (when shipped in rail cars).
3.2. For imported goods shipped from abroad:
3.2.1. the price of goods at the customs clearance point under the terms of delivery DDP port.../railway station... (specify customs clearance point - TO) subject to pickup.
The price of the item must include all costs at the point of TO—delivery to the point, maintenance costs, storage costs for the time of the maintenance, closing costs, loading costs for the corresponding transport.
The price for the item can be quoted in rubles or in currency at the payday rate.
4.2.2. the price of the goods provided the supplier is delivered to the supplier's warehouse in Mt. Amursk (for auto delivery)/Komsomolsk-on-Amur railway station (when shipped in 20" /40" containers by rail)/Mylki railway station (when shipped in rail cars) — if the price of products is indicated at the point TO in rubles.
