Ranking of bids

Minimum bid increment/decrement
The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing per unit price for each item from their previously submitted proposal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Payment terms:100% post-payment within 14 (fourteen) calendar days after the delivery of the Goods to the Customer (Buyer) and after the Contractor (Supplier) provides the Customer (Buyer) with a complete set of properly executed closing documents). Payment is made 2 times a month based on the results of delivery for the previous 15 days. Alternative conditions of participants will also be considered. The analysis of the Proposals will be carried out at the present value, cleared of VAT.
Delivery terms:Desired delivery terms:
- Delivery of the Goods is carried out 3 times a week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday) by 09:00, and in the case of a holiday (not a working day), delivery will be on the working day preceding the holiday, at the address: Moscow, Krasnoproletarskaya str., 4 (Central Office of Ingrad Group of Companies). Croissants (each individually packaged) should be packaged in boxes according to the Customer's request - about 7-8 boxes of 3-10 pcs. in each.
- Delivery and unloading is carried out by the supplier and at the expense of the supplier.
-The size of the minimum batch is approximately 50 pcs. croissant, according to Appendix No. 1_ Terms of Reference.

Delivery addresses:
- Moscow, Krasnoproletarskaya str., 4 (Central office of Ingrad Group).

Delivery frequency: 3 times a week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday) by 09:00.

Term of the contract: from the date of conclusion of the contract 12 months. The cost will be fixed for the entire duration of the contract.

The supplier is selected according to the minimum cost and evaluation criteria, compliance with qualification requirements and full compliance with the conditions of Appendix No. 1_ Terms of Reference.
