Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.

Minimum bid increment/decrement
The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing per unit price for each item from their previously submitted proposal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Payment terms:Monthly payment (subscription fee for communication services) is made on the basis of an invoice (invoice) within 25 days after the parties have signed an act of services rendered. The certificate of services rendered is signed by the Subscriber within 15 days from the date of its provision by the Operator. The amount in the contract includes all costs associated with connecting to services, with the provision of services, including the cost of transportation, insurance, taxes, fees and other mandatory payments.
Delivery terms:Delivery and installation of the CCTV system is carried out by the Supplier and at the expense of the Supplier and is included in the cost of the service.
In case of termination of the Agreement - the video surveillance system is subject to dismantling by the Operator and at the expense of the operator.

The application is divisible. Lots will be considered independently of each other. When submitting the best offers, lots can be combined into one contract. Based on the results of the tender for each object, several providers will be selected for the possibility of organizing the main and backup communication channels.
Based on the results of the tender, according to the price criteria, contracts will be concluded with the bidders who submitted the best offer, and a pool of suppliers for addresses not included in the TOR will be approved.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
