If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Payment on the fact. The price of the goods is set per unit of product, including delivery, including VAT%. Payment for the goods shall be made by the Buyer within 90 (ninety) calendar days from the date of delivery of the goods. The date of delivery of the goods is the date the parties sign the invoice at the Buyer's warehouse. In case of non-coincidence with our requirements on the terms of payment, you must specify your terms in the comments.

Delivery of goods occurs according to the agreed delivery schedule. Commercial offer must comply with the technical task and contain the following information:
1. Supplier status - manufacturer or official distributor, license and licensed warehouse.
2. Delivery time (working or calendar days, according to the schedule).
3. Warranty period / shelf life.
4. Cost with VAT per unit (must be specified in Russian rubles).
5. Payment terms (delay of payment not less than ninety (90) days, from the date of delivery);
6. Experience with GK Rusagro, on the market - years
7. Willingness to work under a standard contract - yes / no
8. The proposal must be signed by an authorized person.
The model contract is supported by bidding documentation.
