Performing repair work on sections of the aspiration pipeline of the PPS1 workshop line.
Scope of work:
1. Duct repair Ø630mm, st.h. 3.0mm (welding patches 400*300) – 4 pcs;
2. Repair of the tee Ø630/Ø315/Ø630mm, st.h. 3.0mm (welding patches 300*200) – 1 piece;
3. Repair of the tee Ø630/Ø160/Ø630mm, st.h. 3.0mm (welding patches 400* 300) – 2 pcs;
4. Repair of the outlet 45° Ø200mm, st.h. 3.0mm (welding patches 300*200) – 2 pcs;
5. Repair of the outlet 45° Ø315mm, st.h. 3.0mm (welding patches 600 *300) – 1 piece
6. Repair of the outlet 45° Ø355mm, st.h. 3.0mm (welding patches 650 *300) – 1 piece;
7. Flange Ø630 (in a circle) – 4 pcs;
8. The maximum height of the work performed is 5m. The material for the patches is provided by the Customer, the mechanisms and other consumables are provided by the Contractor. Before performing the work, coordinate the wiring diagram with the Customer.

Ремонт тройника Ø630/Ø315/Ø630мм, ст.ч. 3,0мм (приварка заплаток 300*200) – 1 шт; 3. Ремонт тройника Ø630/Ø160/Ø630мм, ст.ч. 3,0мм (приварка заплаток 400*300) – 2 шт; 4. Ремонт отвода 45° Ø200мм, ст.ч. 3,0мм (приварка заплаток 300*200) – 2 шт; 5. Ремонт отвода 45° Ø315мм, ст.ч. 3,0мм (приварка заплаток 600*300) – 1 шт 6. Ремонт отвода 45° Ø355мм, ст.ч. 3,0мм (приварка заплаток 650*300) – 1 шт; 7. Фланец Ø630 (по кругу) – 4 шт; 8. Максимальная высота производимых работ 5м. Материал для заплаток предоставляет Заказчик, механизмы и прочий расходный материал предоставляет Подрядчик. Перед выполнением работ согласовать монтажную схему с Заказчиком.
