Local repair of floors and drainage system of the existing underground Parking (work at night, grabbing):
- reinforcement device, reinforcement, sealing with repair compound, finishing works;
- the device of razuklonki;
- installation of polymer concrete catchment trays;
- restoration of the K2 drainage system (replacement of pipes; cleaning and addition of sand traps).
The work is scheduled to begin in July.
The works are divided into two estimates, it is possible to submit a proposal for part of the work, but when summarizing the tender results, contractors who have submitted both Commercial Proposals and are ready to perform the full range of work will have the advantage.
When preparing a Commercial Proposal, it is necessary to focus on the volumes and materials indicated in the attached sets of works.
When submitting a proposal, together with the completed estimates, it is necessary to attach the documents listed in the Contractor's Certification section, as well as confirm agreement with the terms of the standard contract (or attach a protocol of disagreement).

Локальный ремонт перекрытий и системы водоотведения действующего подземного паркинга (работы в ночное время, захватками): - устройство усиления, армирование, заделка ремонтным составом, отделочные работы; - устройство разуклонки; - устройство полимербетонных водосборных лотков; - восстановление системы водоотведения К2 (замена труб; очистка и добавление пескоуловителей). Начало работ планируется в июле. Работы разделены на две сметы, возможна подача предложения на выполнение части работ, но при подведении итогов тендера преимущество будет у подрядчиков, представивших оба КП и готовых выполнить весь комплекс работ. При подготовке КП необходимо ориентироваться на указанные в приложенных наборах работ объемы и материалы. При подаче предложения вместе с заполненными сметами необходимо приложить перечисленные в разделе Аттестация подрядчика документы, а также подтвердить согласие с условиями типового договора подряда (или приложить протокол разногласий).
