Investment Group "Russian Funds" was founded in 1999. It integrates such companies as Investment Company "Prospect", IC "Prospect Investments" Ukraine, Management Company "Pallada Esset Management", Non-state Pension Fund "First National Pension Fund", IC "ITInvest". IC "Prospect" is included in the 20 biggest investment companies ranking in Russia made by National Association of the Capital Market Participants. Annual turnover of the Group is more than US 4 bln.

Mail.ru Group

Mail.ru Group was founded in 2005 and became the biggest dotcom company on the Russian markets and in the East Europe, and one of the biggest investment groups in the world with the specialization in Internet Projects. Mail.ru Group also has shares of the leading world Internet companies, such as Zynga and Groupon. Mail.ru Group is private holding company, shareholders of which are the founders of Russian origin and foreign institutional investors and companies.
