Activities in IT

AO Economy Development Center is an organization accredited by the Ministry of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Media of the Russian Federation to carry out the activities in the field of information technologies (entry No.636 in the Register of accredited organizations carrying out activities in IT, dated of 23.12.2010)

In the field of IT, the company operates in two main areas:

Realization of computer software (including updates and modifications thereto) by any method and under any type of contract, including by alienation of rights, granting rights (licensing), providing a remote access via information and telecommunication networks, including the Internet;
Development, and (or) adaptation, and (or) modification (including localization, customization, improvement), and (or) modernization, (or) update, and (or) installation, and (or) integration, and (or) setting up, and (or) configuration, and (or) implementation, and (or) maintenance, and (or) testing, and (or) trials, and (or) technical support, and (or) operation relating to the computer software.

In the course of its business activities in IT, AO Economy Development Center, being the copyright holder, operates the following computer software:

1. "Informational, analytical, trading and operating e-bidding system" computer software

The software is listed in the National Software Register (the National Register of Software and Databases (entry No.15800 of 05.12.2022), and is also registered at the Federal Service for Intellectual Property (Rospatent) (Computer Software State Registration Certificate №2006613017 of 29.08.2006)

The above computer software includes 4 services (modules): "My Procurement Master Data Directory", "My Analytics", "Supplier Management", "Products & Services Catalog".

AO Economy Development Center provides, under the User Agreement, B2B-Center System Regulations and pursuant to the respective agreements, to a Client (Customer, Supplier) the right to use "Informational, analytical, trading and operating e-bidding system" software by providing a remote access thereto via the Internet https://www.b2b-center.ru/ for the purpose of their initiating and conducting calls for bids in electronic form.

By accessing the computer software, the Clients can avail of the following procurement methods: Request for Proposals, Request for Quotations, Announcement of Sale, Tender, Auction, Open/ Closed Competitive Negotiations, Buyer's Reverse Auction, Prequalification of Bidders, Purchase from a Single Supplier. In addition to the above, AO Economy Development Center continuously provides, at the clients' requests, the services on modification, update, maintenance and technical support as to the said software.

2. "B2B Altis" computer software

The computer software is listed in the National Software Register (the National Register of Software and Databases (entry No. 15410 dated of 31.10.2022), and is also registered at the Federal Service for Intellectual Property (Rospatent) (Computer Software State Registration Certificate №2022664745 of 04.08.2022). AO Economy Development Center provides to the Clients (Customers, Suppliers) the right to use "B2B Altis" computer software by providing a remote access thereto via the Internet https://www.b2b-altis.ru/app/altis/ for the purpose of managing and performing the following processes related to their procurement activities: supplier accreditation and qualification, managing supplier efficiency, procurement planning; creating purchase requests and purchase orders with budget and contract limits control enabled; arrangement of acceptance of deliveries; generation of requests for publishing a call for bids, managing procurement master data; contract management; generation and management of supplier catalogs; signing e-documents; establishing and managing a corporate e-store, reports generation; interaction with the customers' external systems in the course of procurement process.

In addition to the above, AO Economy Development Center continuously provides, at the clients' requests, the services on modification, update, maintenance and technical support as to the said software.

3. "ETS-Tender E-Marketplace" computer software

The computer software is registered at the Federal Service for Intellectual Property (Rospatent) (Computer Software State Registration Certificate № 2019616872 of 30.05.2019, while not being listed, at the moment, in the National Software Register).

"ETS-Tender E-Marketplace" computer software is a system to enable initiating and conducting online private-sector calls for bids by the Kazakhstan companies. The said computer software covers the entire range of procurement procedures being in demand in b2b segment: from conventional downward auctions to multi-criteria calls for bids.

The license for using "ETS-Tender E-Marketplace" computer software are transferred by AO Economy Development Center, under the license agreement under an exclusive license, to ETS-Tender, TOO, for the purpose of organizing calls for bids via online procedures in Kazakhstan https://www.ets-tender.kz/.

In addition to the above, AO Economy Development Center provides the services of modification, modernization, update, maintenance and technical support as to "ETS-Tender E-Marketplace" computer software, as provided for by the agreement concluded by the parties.
