Payment for the completed Works is made by the Customer upon completion of the Contractor's Work in the following terms:
• when the Customer receives an invoice for payment, an invoice signed by the Parties on the acceptance of completed works (form no. KS-2), a certificate of the cost of completed works and costs (form no. KS-3) in the period from the 1st to the 15th of the month, payment is made until the 30th (31st) of the current month inclusive;
• when the Customer receives an invoice for payment, an invoice signed by the Parties on the acceptance of completed works (form no. KS-2), a certificate of the cost of completed works and costs (form no. KS-3) in the period from 16 to 30 (31) days of the month inclusive, payment is made until the 15th of the next month inclusive.
Delivery terms:The terms of delivery of the goods / lot (in whole or in each of its batches, the place of acceptance and transfer, delivery time, packaging requirements, methods of unloading, etc. are specified by the parties in separate Specifications that are annexes to the Contract.
