Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:
payment for the delivered goods is made in cashless form by payment order by transfer by the customer of funds to the account of the supplier within 5 (five) working days after the signing of documents on acceptance of goods by the parties. The day of payment under the contract is the date of debiting the customer's account.
Delivery terms:
within 5 working days from the date of conclusion of the contract. The contract price includes all taxes (incl. VAT, if the supplier is a VAT payer), fees and other obligatory payments, as well as the cost of delivery to the customer's warehouse and other expenses of the supplier, necessary for the delivery of the goods of the proper quality.
The contract price is firm and is determined for the whole term of the contract execution, except for cases stipulated by the current legislation of the Russian Federation.

Поставщик гарантирует Заказчику, что товар, поставляемый в рамках договора, является новым (товаром, который не был в употреблении, не подвергался ремонту, в том числе восстановлению, замене составных частей, восстановлению потребительских свойств), ранее не использованным, свободен от любых притязаний третьих лиц, не находится под запретом (арестом), в залоге.
Товар поставляется в упаковке, пригодной для данного вида товара, обеспечивающей сохранность товара при транспортировке, погрузочно-разгрузочных работах и хранении. Упаковка товара возврату Поставщику не подлежит.
2. К своим предложениям участнику процедуры НЕОБХОДИМО прикрепить:
- карточку организации;
- выписку ЕГРЮЛ, не ранее 30 дней на дату подачи предложения;
- сканированные копии документов, подтверждающие полномочия лица (решение, протокол, приказ)
3. Поставщиком товара должно являться предприятие-изготовитель, либо официальный дилер предприятия-изготовителя, либо дистрибьютор (подтверждающие документы участник предоставляет одновременно с предложением).
4. Предложение участника должно быть действительно в течение 30 календарных дней с даты окончания срока подачи запроса предложений.
Настоящий запрос предложений не является извещением о проведении конкурса (публичного конкурса) или публичной офертой и не регулируется ст. 447 – 449 ч. 1 ГК РФ, ст. 1057–1061 ч.2 ГК РФ и не накладывает на Организатора соответствующего объема гражданско-правовых обязательств и оставляет за ним право отказаться от всех полученных предложений по любой причине или прекратить процедуру отбора в любой момент, не неся при этом никакой ответственности перед Участниками
