Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Payment terms:
The Buyer makes advance payment for the Goods 2 (two) calendar days before the date of delivery (sampling) established by the Sampling Schedule.
The goods are shipped by 100% prepayment, based on the invoice issued by the Seller, according to the bid. Non-cash form of payments. The invoice issued for the declared amount is paid in one lump sum in one payment within 2 business days from the date of receipt of the invoice.
