Payment terms:
The payment term is the first payment day after 90 days from the date of receipt of the Goods in the Buyer's warehouse. Payment days are the 4th, 14th, and 24th of each month. If the payment deadline falls on a non-working and/or public holiday, then payment is made on the next business day after it. At the same time, the period until the next payment day is not a late payment. If the invoice date is earlier than the end date of delivery and acceptance of the Goods, the Buyer has the right to increase the payment period by the number of days between these dates/
