Minimum bid increment/decrement
The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing per unit price for each item from their previously submitted proposal.

If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Proposals of Bidders are being considered
Preference will be given to Bidders with a deferred payment of at least 60 days from the date of full delivery to the Consignee's warehouse
If the Supplier requires an advance payment, the Supplier undertakes to provide a Bank Guarantee from the Supplier's bank for the entire amount of the advance payment. Information on readiness to provide a bank guarantee must be indicated in the bid form, in clause8 of the Payment Terms.
