Payment for the work performed is made on the first working Tuesday or Thursday after the expiration of 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of acceptance of the work (if the primary accounting document (hereinafter referred to as the PDU) is issued on paper) or from the latest of two dates: the date of acceptance of the work or receipt by the Customer of the original document (if the PDU is issued in the form of an electronic document signed with an electronic signature). Payment for the work performed is subject to the provision of originals, compliance with the rules of their design and, if applicable, signing by both Parties.:
- PUD;
- invoices;
- invoices for payment.
If the original documents are provided less than 5 calendar days before the date of payment, payment is made no earlier than the first working Tuesday/Thursday after the expiration of 5 calendar days from the date of their submission.
Payment is made minus the guarantee deduction in the amount of 5% of the cost of the work performed.
Payment of the guarantee deduction to the Supplier is made in the following order:
- 70% of the guarantee deduction is paid on the first working Tuesday or Thursday after the expiration of 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of signing the completion certificate;
- 30% of the guarantee deduction is paid on the first working Tuesday or Thursday after the expiration of 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of signing the certificate of termination of the warranty period.
The Contractor shall transfer to the Customer the original invoice and/or its scanned copy no later than 1 c.d. from the date of invoice.
The Contractor has the right to replace the security in the form of a guarantee retention with an independent guarantee of fulfillment of obligations during the warranty period with the written consent of the Customer.
If the Supplier applies the right to replace the warranty deduction with an independent guarantee, the Customer pays the amount of the warranty deduction, minus the part used in accordance with the Contract, on the first working Tuesday or Thursday after the expiration of 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of acceptance of the corresponding independent guarantee by the Customer.
Warranty period: 5 years from the date of signing by the Parties of the Completion Certificate.
